Choose the product or type of information your request concerns. Removing an account and deleting other records are different requests.
Holter Diary: delete data on your device
There is no Holter Diary account to delete. Delete a session in the app to remove its entries and app-managed PDF. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app-managed information, subject to your operating system. Copies you shared or saved elsewhere must be deleted from those destinations separately. The publisher cannot retrieve or delete your on-device diary for you.
Engage AI: account and customer data
For account access or closure, contact your organization administrator. For customer-data deletion, contact the business that collected your information. State which records you want deleted and provide enough information to identify them. An authorized administrator verifies and handles the request. Some records may be retained for legal, security, audit or backup purposes; connected providers hold their own copies.
Website enquiries & privacy assistance
To ask about information you have sent to I3 LLC, use the contact channel through which you communicated with us and specify the information and request. Do not include sensitive records unless a secure process is agreed.
