01Who operates this website

02Browsing the website

The website provides public product, company, support and policy information. It does not require an account. This build includes no advertising, visitor analytics, embedded third-party media, enquiry submission endpoint or AI chat service.

When your browser requests a page or asset, it sends technical information such as its IP address, requested URL and browser headers to the serving infrastructure. The hosting and Apache proxy configuration determine operational logging. Such technical information is used to deliver the site, investigate errors and protect the service.

03Language, appearance and cookies

Your language choice is part of the page URL. Your appearance choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under i3-theme; it stays there until you change it or clear site data. When System is selected, the website follows your device’s appearance preference.

The website code does not set cookies and does not include tracking or optional analytics. Fonts and product images are served with the website. No cookie-consent banner is used for this configuration.

04Enquiries and support

If you contact I3 LLC using an email link, your email application and provider handle sending the message. We receive the information you choose to send, including your address and message, for responding to the request. No message is sent simply by opening a link.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, diary PDFs or medical records in a general enquiry. Business messaging records within Engage AI and health diary data within Holter Diary are governed by their respective policies.

05Service providers, sharing and international processing

Website delivery involves the server and its network infrastructure. Email enquiries also involve the email providers used by you and the recipient. These providers process information needed for their services; their locations and handling depend on the configured infrastructure and the services selected.

Following a link to a product website, an application or another organization takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. The public website does not send your information to an AI or messaging provider for analysis.

06Retention, deletion and requests

The appearance preference remains on your device until cleared. For information you have sent to I3 LLC, contact us through the channel you used and identify the information and the request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.

Retention of correspondence and infrastructure records depends on the purpose of the record and applicable operational or legal obligations. This website does not promise a fixed deletion time. Product-specific deletion instructions are available on the Account & data requests page.

07Updates

We will update this notice when the website’s data practices change, including before adding enquiry submission, AI chat or analytics. The effective date identifies the current version.
